Agents usually reply within 4 hours, but can take up to 24 hours at busy times (but they do work 7 days a week from 8am to 11pm). You will find Agents’ replies in the “Messages: From Agents” box which is half way down the right hand side of your giffgaff dashboard or go here Ask an Agent messages.
Hang on there & don’t send any more agent requests. If you send more than one the request seems to be retimed . You start again at the back of the queue.

cnshiris01 Unlike other mobile networks giffgaff doesn’t have any call centres. So it can get very frustrating having to wait sometimes 24 hours for a reply. Then they fail to read your message correctly and so it takes another 24 hours! I’ve been with them now 9 years so have experienced some amazing customer service but also some of the worst.

As you’ll have seen when you researched prior to joining, giffgaff have never had a call centre . It’s all done on line.
But then you knew that didn’t you??
