amy_b_d the problem I had with just a few of the questions in the survey was that given the current situation with Covid 19,some of them were impossible to answer as best as I could because there wasn’t an option for “I don’t know”.
If we look at the question in the second screenshot in the OP of this thread and target Halloween,Christmas and New Year they’re perfect examples.
We live in the Kirklees area of West Yorkshire so are subject to extra lockdown rules meaning that we can’t socialise with anyone from other households either in our homes or gardens and the infection rate here isn’t falling and is still around 6 times the national average so:-
Halloween,if things stay as they are then there won’t be any children knocking our doors on that evening so our outlay on sweets etc to give them will be zero but as things stand at the moment,I don’t know.
Christmas, our family have already got together virtually and decided if things stay as they are and haven’t changed by mid to late November then we’re going to cancel Christmas presents this year and just send each other cards as we won’t be able to visit each other to share the fun of opening presents together so once again until that time,I don’t know.
New Year, the guvnor has already said that if the current ban on music at indoor venues is still in place then she doesn’t want to go out and we may as well stay at home so yet again, until much nearer the time,I don’t know.
My take on completing surveys for you is to always try and give the best and most accurate information I can to help giffgaff grow but in these current times I think a lot of questions looking forwards should have an option of “as things stand at the moment,we don’t know the answer.”
