Is that PAYG? Whose network signal do they use? I have seen a few ‘too-good-to-be-true’ offers which are all very well when you use that amount, but, unlike giffgaff, you usually need to have a continuous use of the special offer (no ‘pause’ whether for a few days or longer; no chopping and changing) or you can no longer access it. With giffgaff, you have the flexibility to just buy the larger Goodybags when you need them!
Years ago (now) when I had a contract with T-Mobile, I had a special offer rate - but if I upgraded I would lose my special deal. Then after EE took over, things went further downhill: I lost the disability customer services, they started charging for my large-print statements, and they raised prices twice a year due to RPI or some such excuse.
Months always started on 25th (I think- or 26th) of month for ALL customers with no flexibility or early starting; any ‘add-on’ only lasted until the end of the current month.
No strings like that with giffgaff: what you see is what you get, and you get full value for your month; if you run out of data you can start a new Goodybag immediately, and it will continue for a full calendar month, not just until the current ‘customer-month’ expires. . . . 🤡
