Hope you’re all doing well.
I am popping in to share a few of the exciting improvements the Member team has been working on (you may have already noticed some of them). Plus give you a little bit of a peek into what else will be coming your way soon.
The team is putting its focus on the giffgaff dashboard - https://www.giffgaff.com/dashboard - and changed a few bits to improve our members’ experience.
Here is a couple of them:
Removed alerts that were a bit old: “You have successfully logged in” - who does this anymore? - and “We’ve got new missions for you” - some of you were complaining about this one. They’re gone 😃
Restyled the “My account” sub-navigation to match the colour and styling of the top navigation.
These are the first of many to go. We have designed a little roadmap that will help us gradually make these changes and monitor their impact too.
So, what’s next on our roadmap?
We’re already working on the next change. The most noticeable one so far. We’re restyling the “profile and missions” section at the top of the dashboard. We know that your priority is to check the amount of data left in your goodybag, so it’s been condensed as much as possible while still keeping the same information in place.
When are the next updates coming?
Our aim is to deliver a little improvement every Monday. Sometimes these will be big changes that will be pretty noticeable and at other times this could be a tiny improvement on an existing feature - I’m sure you folks will be able to spot these right away.
We’d also love to hear if you have any feedback, suggestions, or ideas on what else we could improve. Let us know, and we’ll add it to our backlog.
