I wanted to share some exciting news about our Payback Points Statements. They’re getting a makeover!
‘Why?’, I hear you ask… Well, research and insights suggest the current points statement we send out to members each month (to let them know how many points they’ve earned in a month or in a period), isn’t as clear as it could be. Some members, especially those who are new to giffgaff and Payback, don’t always have the context they need about what Payback is and why they’ve earned points.
So, the new Points Statement that we’ll be releasing later this week, gives members more (or less) information about what Payback is, based on if a member has earned or claimed before. There will be a few versions of the statement, each one tailored to varying levels of member understanding around what Payback is, how to earn, and how to claim. It’s also been given a nice lick of paint so it feels more like giffgaff than ever. We’re just putting the finishing touches on all the different versions and you should start seeing them in your inbox soon.
