We will be carrying out some planned maintenance between 17 Sep 22:30 and 18 Sep 01:00 which means you might not be able to submit a number transfer request during this time. Once the maintenance is complete, you will be able to submit number transfer requests as normal.

We will be carrying out some planned maintenance tonight between 22:30 and 01:00 that will affect the ability to submit a number transfer request. If you try to submit a number transfer request during this time, you may see an error message meaning your request hasn’t been accepted.
If this impacts you, all you need to do is try again once the maintenance is completed, and everything should go ahead as normal. We are hoping the maintenance will be completed by 01:00 on 18 September.
