We have identified an issue that has impacted a very small number of our members when they were trying to buy a goodybag or add credit to their account with a card.
Due to a technical issue, a handful of members were seeing an error message that their payment had been declined, but the payment was still taken.
We’re really sorry if this inconvenienced any of you. The issue has now been resolved by our team.
We have identified everyone that has been affected and have already begun refunding people, as well as emailing them to let them know that a refund has been issued to their account. These emails will be sent over the course of the next couple of days, so if you think that this has happened to you, keep an eye out for it.
