On September 21st, we tested a feature that would allow someone to add an extra £5 credit during a goodybag purchase. Unfortunately, a problem with that test meant that a small number of members who chose this option were instead charged more, and the corresponding amount of credit was applied.
As soon as we found out that it wasn’t working correctly, we started work to set it right. We’d like to apologise to those of you that this affected. We’re going to be refunding any money charged above what was selected, and anyone affected will get to keep the extra credit. We’ll also email members that were affected to let them know directly.
