kayden16 I took medical advice and applied for what we refer to at work as ‘agile working’ a few days before Boris declared formal lockdown.
After a couple of days of management deliberation including them talking to HR my boss came and told me they had agreed and that I should commence working from home on Monday (this was Friday)
When lockdown was declared a mail went round directing people to pick up laptops and start working from home until further notice.
While I can do 99% of my job from home there are some difficulties and I do prefer the separation.
I think winter will make it easier to tolerate as I hate getting up in the morning, hearing the rain lashing down and thinking ’I’ve got to go out in that’
I’ll definitely be glad to go back though.
