pauli15445 I always buy a £25 goodybag with fast data every single month, last month I had no issue with my data it was really fast and was working perfectly.
This month I found that my data has been very slow and things have been loading for a while also while watching videos on facebook, it would stop playing and start buffering for a while a good few times throughout a video couple of minutes long. When downloading apps it has also been definitely downloading slower than usual.
I’ve tried to switch airplane mode on and off. Mobile data off and on and tried switching my phone off and on (just in case) and made no difference (I still have 74.31GB of full speed data left)
Anyone know why that could be by any chance?

There have been many reports of problems with renewing the £25 Always on goodybag not resetting the speed limit. While this is being investigated, please contact the agents, who will be able to sort it out for you. Use the form here to explain the problem:

By the way, if you don’t find that the reduced speed of the Always on goodybag adequate for your needs, you might be better off just getting the £20 goodybag, which still has 80GB of full speed data, but not the speed limited data after you’ve used it.
