Mental health is really important and in these difficult times of COVID it’s really important to look after our mental well-being. Sadly lock down stops most from doing the things they love and therefore people are finding themselves lower in mood and like life’s getting on top of them.
Nature and specifically walking in nature is proven to improve mental well-being, and just to prove that point myself and 2 friends/NHS colleagues have been walking regularly over the last 6 months, and honestly feel we wouldn’t have got through it all without the walks out in our wonderful nature.
Last weekend we hiked snowdon! 2 of the team had never walked a mountain before, and 1 turned 50, proving its never too late to start!!
2020 might not have been the year you wanted but it’s not too late to walk and take in some of the wonderful nature around you and see how good you feel
