I’m not sure it belongs there, because asking an agent isn’t part of the forum. And anybody who doesn’t know how to ask an agent should probably be posting in Help and Support anyway, because their problem is probably a help question. Agents are administrators not technical experts. So in many cases their problem is likely to be one which members are better qualified to support than agents.
On the rare cases where the problem can’t be solved by a member, helpers will give an exact URL for the specific agent question (eg https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/Top-up-balances-and-goodybags/goodybag-allowances-or-credit-balance-incorrect/form/) so the member won’t have to grope around trying to find the correct agent form.
