“The mobile network run by you” is more than just a logo. It’s at the core of what makes giffgaff different.
The more we say it, the more we must hold ourselves accountable to it. Making this mobile network something we are all proud of by ensuring we are still working with you, our members.
During the first lockdown, we all hunkered down. With all team members working from home - at our desks, dining tables, and even ironing boards (yep ironing boards), keeping our network running.
As an online business we harnessed the infrastructure we had to turbo charge things and the giffgaff Pioneers have been pivotal to new product and advertising development. From surveys, to testing sessions, to Zoom calls we’ve been getting even closer to you.
Listening to your feedback, and even virtually meeting some of you, has really helped keep our spirits up in these challenging times. Demonstrating that ‘run by you’ magic.
You might have seen Ash’s post earlier this week where he said “…we’ve been thinking of ourselves as the ‘mobile network run from home’, as both us and you have been working from home wherever we can since March.”
This inspired our very talented Lead Designer, Darren, to create this adaption of our logo from his ironing board desk…
So, as we all protect our NHS, ourselves and each other, staying at home, how would you feel about us using this in November for a short while?
We see it as a nod to current times, but we want to make sure you feel the same way.
