We’ve actually finished sending the survey for the year. Thank you so much for continuing to answer that survey for us. It’s been so valuable helping our teams understand how you and other members have been feeling and how your situations have changed. That is why we took a different approach with our black Friday campaign to advise members to check their draws.
In the next few weeks we’ll be reviewing all the questions and answers so I’ll take your feedback on board for our next survey. I’m also planning on changing up the distribution for that survey so it will hopefully become less repetitive and you’ll feel more valued telling us your thoughts and feelings. 🙂
