It has been brought to our attention that a number of you cannot retrieve passwords via our "Forgot password" process.
This is being looked into and we will update you as soon as a fix has been made. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Just a quick update on the password recovery procedure, we are currently still investigating this matter further.

Looks like this is now fixed as ive managed to get in but im slightly annoyed this was down all weekend.

Hi my friend has the same problem he cannot get a email from the password recovery...Has this issue now been sorted or is it an ongoing problem.. P.s i think its also a problem that he cannot ask and agent about the problem himself as to do so it seems like you need to be logged in to ask the question to an agent... I have logged the question with an agent and await a reply..
over the weekend i had a similar problem when i loged in to my acount it worked ok.but when i clicked comunity gg loged me back out so when i went to ask the comunity the pages only showed replies not the new ones it seems ok now.
I had this problem on friday; several password reset emails were sent but didn't work. Tried again today and the reset worked fine, but had to spend a few minutes waiting for the email.
