I ported in my number on the 3rd Sept and this went through by lunchtime on the 4th Sept. I have been texting and calling without issue with the number I ported in. Today at around 4 pm I lost service. Upon arriving home I log in to my account and my goody bag has gone. Where it should be it says "we are updating your goodybags". When you call my mobile number I get a "this number is not recognised" voice message. Its exactly how it was when I was waiting for the port in to finish on Tuesday morning. I have asked an agent but wondered if anyone had any ideas ?
