Hi sorry to hear this but Unfortunately Giff Gaff are having few issues at the moment..with Delayed goodybags,top ups and activations so give it a few hour and try again.

Same story, GiffGaff don't seem to have a problem taking PAYMENT for goody bags however, they took my £10 just fine with no prior warning that there would be a delay. Nearly 3 hrs and still no goody bag loaded. Disgusting customer service.
