I Think there are issues. my giffgaff is showing I have no goodybag when there is one there 🙂
There seems to be a network wide error.
I would give it an hour or so then try again
Ive reported the issue, it is affecting the short code *100*7# and the displaying of goodybags and also the purchasing of them.
There is currently a service issue.
