@jonkent As with all things giffgaff it is not entirely clear. Part of the email says,

 

"recruit offer. This was sent to you by mistake as Super Recruiters are not actually eligible for the promotion. However, we will credit you for your next activation before 31/1/19 as we're sorry for any confusion that message may have caused. Any further activations this month will only be eligible for your standard Super Recruiter rewards"

 

I suppose SR testing by a recruit activating and waiting to see what happens is the only certain way  of confirming or  challenging the outcome.

I'm gonna take that as it's limited to those who got the initial SMS in error, since aside from the 'main' offer in question, I kmow of nothing else 'officially' announced by those upstairs.

I saw your post within the discussion group on the thread @jaymailsays started, though I since I haven't received anything, or seen owt elsewhere I was assuming that that one-off was for Supers who mistakenly got the 'generic' SMS saying that they were included in it?

Or have I missed something?

Could you please clarify.  For Super Recruiters is the one off £10 Bonus Credit for all Supers and for what date did it start?

Iv put my 3kids on to giffgaff and signed them up and I haven't received any top up confused

Providing that you're not a Super Recruiter, the SIMs used for said activations were linked to your account, and your kids aren't returning members on existing accounts, then when were their SIMs activated?

It can take upto 72 hours for your bonus credit to be paid out to you from when a SIM is activated, so if you're still within that, it's worth sitting tight.

If however 72 hours have passed by, then raise this for an Agent to look into. You can do so by submitting the following form:

You should receive a reply within 24 hours, though only submit this once the 72 hours have come and gone.

Hi @pauljohn7 @jonkent 

 

So this is not open to Supers but a glitch in the workflow meant that a few of you got the SMS promoting this. As an apology for the mishap we decided to credit any activations those SRs who had recieved the message did on the day of the SMS because it had been misleading.
