December 6th's outage - what we're doing to say sorry [Updated]

I was unable to contact my elderly clients i look after in their own homes and not able to take calls from 2 new clients as i run a home care bisuness  due to no service at all no data , no calls and no texts , i only got my data back last night and my calls and texts today this is not good enough

For a start the text service was SAYING that it had not been sent but it was sending my texts but then SAYING it had failed and my calls only stopped working for an hour around 3,15pm. And if you read my message properly it said that I had to find out that it was down by myself by going to the shop at 9am , I start work on my internet at 5,30 am so how the hell was I meant to know, and check my phone phone records for receiving texts if I don't believe me , I was extremely upset yesterday because I couldn't speak to my dad who is abroad and terminally ILL, I was due to go see him in a couple of days, but he passed away on Thursday morning that is when I usually speak to him , you have a bad attitude problem as well and do I work here or something coz I have screen shot your letter to show what an heartless idiot they have working for them

I would like a refund or compensation as the day was unbelievably more stressful at a time when I am arranging my son's funeral single handed

The average value of the payout being made by O2 is 87p


Compensation for any undocumented losses (which are anyway excluded in the T&Cs) will not be considered.
