provider exercising reasonable skill and care.
However, the Service is not fault free and we will
not be liable to you if it is impaired by geographic,
atmospheric, Network traffic or other conditions or
circumstances beyond our control, including but not
limited to the following:
a) The Service is subject to Network coverage
and is not available in all parts of the United
Kingdom or in all other countries; and
b) The Network may from time to time require
upgrading, modification, maintenance or other
work which may result in partial or complete
non-availability of the Service."
