I am the same disabled scanty replies help ..often just sat staring at page with no real apology as free credit or an offer of compensation.having to jump through hoops wait for SIM then wait for activation
The app doesn't update as fast as your account .for some reason I have not my SIM activated but can't top up cos the app said no SIM active.now I get message bank declined.but I gave enough in there to cover 5 pound emergency top up. I 'll have to ask bank what is wrong now. I haven't been able to use network or handset for two weeks 02 handset . giff gaff SIM after recent trouble I signed up for sky mobile 02 simply handset locked me then network locked me .tried to blame me for using giff gaff..I am back on sum replacement giff gaff same nr I guess I have to reconnect my bank details to giff gaff again. I give you some advice .if you have an 02 handset and giff gaff SIM.do not expect 02 to help you and help with giff gaff takes time .a very sad mobile network user .no credit.but yeah active dim same nr 2 weeks no service available to me .FLIPPING mad world

I am speechless. I can't even access a 5 pound goody bag. Cantvseem to fund option to use my12 pound payback as credit either .no menu option for this.are company s mugging us of blaming consumers.yes they are

Its pretty hopeless .even accessing the free 2 G offer. No clue as to how fund menu to use that

We are all awaiting a decent offer from giff gaff without having to register for compensation or jump through more hoops to get compensated for loss of earnings .in UK 2019 the customer is always at fault it seems and needs a lawyer to get compensated .that is my next step .complain to trade standard co mission.i suggest we all send them an email.Google their customer access point.

I'm with Giff gaff, I was affected yet I have had 0 emails or even texts from you, unless ofcourse its money related in regards to purchasing good bags etc. It would have been nice to have had an option or even a vote. Only reason I'm commenting now is because I have a bout of insomnia and found this post just now.

GG is not acountable for your loss of earnings on that 1 day of outage
