No email received yet. 

 

No no data all day and text also affected.

 

for sure I lost communication with colleagues etc which has had a impact. Not sure to what level yet but hope I didn’t lose a job because of it!

Id like compensating too for the issues i faced with giffgaff on friday my No one could contact me all day and was very worried so fustrated this has happened. what compensation do your customers get and how do we claim it ive had no emails from you about this???

It is now almost 10pm on Sunday 09/12. My phone has had very few hours of 4g coverage since Thursday last week. I still can’t always send texts. I have had no email off Giffgaff. I am going to chance providers as Giffgaffs customer service is utterly appalling. Goodbye Giffgaff........

why is no email been sent regarding compensation after all the recent carry on I had plenty data calls and texts left in my good bag which I couldn't use when everything was down and the goody bag expired last night this is unfair well I am not topping up again no way unless giff gaff compensate me has anyone heard anything about this

Has anyone received one of these emails. .
I think this is a very slow response from giffgaff . I'm loyal to you every month , I get involved in the community, I take part in missions and tasks and I also refer you to people. It wouldn't hurt to try a bit harder with your customers.
I suppose I should end this reply with "looking forward to hearing from you "

Just read a few pages on this thread, 

Your email WILL arrive within the next few days.  Only then can you opt for the compensation.
