It has significantly affected me. My mobile data has not been working for a while. My phone says it can't send texts. I have been having problems for 4 days. I have only just joined and haven't even been with you for a month! I have not received an email from you about compensation yet. I hope to receive an email soon.
I think the email got sent to my old email address that I carnt get assess to is there a chance you can resend it to my new email on my account please the outage seriously affected my ability to work and communicate with my family in a different city
