New Knowledge Manager @ giffgaff

Welcome to GiffGaff. I, and several friends on Giffgaff have received an email stating Giffgaff has gone into administration, any credit will be lost and advising us to switch to Vodaphone. The message says its because of debts and poor service. Any truth in this?

sounds very much like M & I (shame - i did drop gg a hint as i can be bought (lean practitioner.)

 

I hope you sort out the issues in here and streamline the forums to ensure the correct information ends up where it is supposed to go =)

Perhaps GG could do a clean up of

and then expand the FAQs to ensure that they cover the standard questions.

 

Of course, the next problem is to get people to look there first, rather than blindly posting their question on the forum...

Funny you should say that pedromap, I used to have a Renault Megane Coupe about 13 years ago back in the day when I had a bit of vavavoom.  Now it's a Volvo and more like dada-doom Smiley Very Happy Smiley Very Happy
