ive got my monthly goodybag with my usual 300 text but no minutes at all . I'm wondering why I don't have the minutes added. Also my £1:61 was deleted a few days ago & again i don't know.
Please explain the reason for no free 100 minutes & the deleted money
As this problem is specific to your own account, I think you'll need to ask an agent about this.
The correct category is https://giffgaff.com/support/ask/incorrect_balance
You'll need to give dummy answers to any questions that do not apply and then paste the full question in the further information box.
Then you'll need to look in https://giffgaff.com/support/questions for the reply, which could take up to 24 hours.
Hi my phone still doesn't diplay the 100 minutes on my phone it displays 0:0
Does your phone minutes balance match that on your dashboard?
Double check that the phone number on your dashboard is correct.
I need to upgrade my contract as keep running out . How do I do this
If you have recurring goodybags set up then just go to 'My payments' https://giffgaff.com/profile/payment-details
Click on 'Change', choose the goodybag you want and then 'Save recurring settings'
You'll see your new selection on your dashboard here https://giffgaff.com/dashboard
Do you get unlimited Internet for £20 where you can also download mp4 and music?
For £20 you get the first 6Gb at whatever speed the network can provide it to you, exactly the same as your £18 goodybag. The additional £2 buys you an unspecified amount of additional data which is intentionally limited to 256kbps during the daytime to prevent people hogging the network, which is what used to happen with the old "unlimited" goodybag.
The additional data is primarily intended so that you are not cut off from accessing your email or doing other essential mobile tasks like journey planning and mapping. It is not really intended for big downloads and is deliberately too slow for watching videos during the day. You might be able to use it for a small number of MP4 downloads to listen later and maybe even to download videos after midnight, but its primary purpose is so that you can continue do the things that actually must be done in real time.
Beyond the 6Gb, a fair use policy applies -- there is not a specific limit, but you should probably keep your monthly total below about 10Gb.
A second alternative is to keep to your £18 goodybag and start a new one when you reach its limit. Under current rules you can do that whenever it has less than 5Mb or 5 minutes remaining -- you no longer have to wait until the end of its month.
I am new to giffgaff
