I'm even getting 7mb on 3G with Tesco, you're run off the same network. Come on GG. Mass exodus will ensue...

giffgaff really need to look at 4g speeds, my mum is on o2 in the same house and is getting much better download speeds then me. I'm getting 1.95 meg. I shall do a speed test on both later and post a screenshot of both.

Just moved from giffgaff to 3. No contest with all you can use 4G data, 4Gb tethering and 200 mins for £15 per month.

@nignau1

When did the 4G goodybag become live, since it can take upto 24 hours to kick in first time around?

Also, if it's an iPhone 5 you have, then you'll not get 4G on giffgaff with it since it doesn't support the 4G frequency giffgaff (or rather O2) use. The 5S, 5C and 6 family devices, however, do support it.

Does it not work at all or have you just tried it at home and been disappointed? 4G isn't working everywhere yet.

This is disappointing to see actually. Even with 4G we're going to get slower speeds than O2 and tesco mobile! :-(
