I'm not fussed about 5G.  3G and 4G speeds are acceptable for me and my data needs.  I'm concerned about the health impacts on 5G too, so 5G as it stands is not for me.

Until 5g becomes normal on all new phones it won't affect many of us

Hi @netfax

I'm interested to learn more about your concerns around health and 5G. Could you share more, please? Feel free to PM me.

My town is on O2's list for getting 5G in 2020, so testing it is something I'd be quite interested in doing. Vodafone and EE are also launching here too, I've already spotted some planning permission requests for 5G infrastructure Smiley Surprised.

Incidentally, Virgin Media are running gigabit trials around here on their existing coaxial cable network, pretty cool!

There is a distinct lack of research into how 5G affects health and that is part of the fear that some professionals have in the rollout of the next mobile generation in Europe.

180 scientists and doctors from 36 Countries have raised their concerns with the EU and British MP Tonia Antoniazzi addressed an audience in Wesminster Hall on the topic.

Because 5G works differently from 4G and have higher spectrum frequencies, they travel only short distances and require a different more intense infrastructure, which some say could mean every lamp post would offer a 5G relay system.

Whether the damage to health claims are accurate, is questionable at this early stage of any rollout but equally asking for more research is not an unreasonable request.

I have seen the direct damage that can be caused by high power RF signals and even lower power electrical interference from cheap and nasty imported products.
In fact personally myself in a lab environment.
“See where I say “can”

There is a way to do it safely but it would 10x the cost and trust me they are not worried about people’s health and will only do the minimal if possible. But some tissues are more susceptible than others and so are people.

We can not get away from the constant barrage of electrical interference in the world we live in at the moment and we are far far from evolving to defeat its harm and unlike we evolved to deal with the sun’s rays etc etc. But there are ways and means to combat this phenomena etc etc.
However most are snake oil type products and the selling of hope!!! But hope will not save you!!!

God bless.
Peace. ✌️🙏✌️
