Hi all,

You have recently been voting for the charity you would like to see as the official Payback charity for this period. The votes are all in and the results can now be revealed.

The charity with the highest number of votes is:

National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC).

The charity with the second highest number of votes is:

People's Dispensary for Sick Animals (PDSA).

So, these two will be the official Payback charities for June 2014. Remember, giffgaff will match the total amount of money donated, which will be split evenly between the two charities.

Here is how the vote distribution looked when the voting was closed at 18:00 on 29th May:

Charity Percentage
Shelter 19.01%
People's Dispensary for Sick Animals (PDSA) 20.58%
National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) 33.42%
The Cystic Fibrosis Trust 16.42%
Action for M.E. 10.57%

Thank you to everyone who has voted. If you would like to see your Payback donated to these charities remember to select this as your preferred method of receiving Payback before the 9th June - you can do this on your My giffgaff page.

Great! Two amazing charities there. Although I'm taking my payback as cash in paypal, I will definitely send some of it to the giffgaff justgiving pages for these two charities.
In April 2016, I'm running the Plymouth Half Marathon to raise money for Breast Cancer Now, a charity that works to develop treatments and eventually find a cure for this terrible disease. I would be extremely grateful for any support to help me raise as much as I can: justgiving

Would have liked to see the M.E. charity be a bit more popular among giffgaffers! Congrats to the winning charities though.
