ATM / Cash Machines don't work when attempting to topup a giffgaff phone.

ATM's are more expensive to roll out and the amount of people that use them is relatively low when compared to people who use vouchers.

So at the moment there is no plan to roll this out on ATMs.

Cheers,

So I have a work scheme where I can top up my mobile phone each month. However, this works with an E top-up card. I need to give them a 19 digit code so that each month my top-up is transferred across. Is there anyway that I can do this ? There is a tax benefit for me jot do this so the lack of a solution would probably stop me transferring from O2.

Unfortunately not as giffgaff does not work with E top-up cards. You can top up with vouchers you can buy from the shops or via card payment on the website.

Because there are so many different solution providers, each with their own software and so many different shops, each voucher will look slightly different.

So it might be fun to post up a picture here of all the different vouchers you come across Smiley Happy

Have you never seen one before? I would have thought you would have tested one out. Or used one yourself if you are on the network as well.

Well - I needed a top-up and thought, "I will get a giffgaff voucher.."

I was passing by Blockbuster and saw the payzone logo, so I went in...

The Payzone machine has giffgaff but the guy couldn't give me one because the Blockbuster computer systems don't have an internal barcode for giffgaff vouchers - meaning no giffgaff voucher for Jack! Smiley Mad

And so I was stuck with a boring O2 Smiley Sad
