Every mo nth giffgaff should give the most helpful member a top goodybag free. The top 5 members that solved the most problems and earned the most kudos would be listed and we vote on the winner. Some people on here are far more useful than a customer service advisor with links to everything, knowledge of the company and knowledge of phones and technical problems. We have payback but anyone can get that, think of it more of an employee of the month type of reward a way for the most helpful to be thanked.

I think the payback system as it is works well because obviously the people that do the most gets more.

It works but someone who has helped double someone else could end up with the same payback and it would be nice to see the most helpful get a special thanks

I think the current payback system awards everyone well enough.

We would keep the current system but this could be added to it

It would cost 240 pounds a year for them, if the top goodybag remains the 20p one. Or if they make a 25p one, it will be 300 pounds a year. This would make the payback prices drop I think.

Not really it saves them millions a year in call center fees

No, I think the current payback system is more than sufficient reward for what we do. The rankings for kudos are available to all to see if people want recognition for that sort of thing...

I don't think this would be fair, as the most helpful people on giffgaff community probably get a hell of alot already from payback and setting people up with new sims etc. And iv noticed that the people who are most helpful are generally the same people each time. If that makes sense, its the same people who are most helpful the "mentors" etc. So they probably already get quite a bit from it or they wouldn't always be helping. Also it would be out of regular users league, as the most helpful people must be on here half a day each time, so it wouldn't be much of a motive for most users either.

The payback system works fine,

surely the self satisfaction of helping someone with a problem is enough for anyone.
