Add text confirming per-minute charging.

Add text confirming per-minute charging.

The Special Charges Code of Practice page currently says this...

Making Premium calls (charged per call or in per minute increments)

Numbers starting 0843, 0844, 0845 (charged in per minute increments)
Numbers starting 0870, 0871, 0872, 0873 (charged in per minute increments)
Special Services (charged in per minute increments)
- Non-geographical numbers which are not listed above.

However, the price list page currently says this...

Call charges:
Unless otherwise stated, call prices include VAT, are quoted by the minute, and are charged in one second increments after the first minute. A one minute minimum call charge applies unless otherwise stated.

There is nothing on the rest of the page to contradict this statement.

If calls to 084, 087, 090, 091 and 098 numbers really are "charged in per minute increments", that wording needs to be added to the price list page as these calls incur a greater cost than is currently stated.

Update 2014-07-22: The premium rate services PDF price list suggests that 090, 091 and 098 calls are charged by the second after the first minute.

Update 2014-07-31: An older price list found elsewhere seems to suggest that 055, 056, 070, 076, 084, 087 and 118 numbers are charged by the minute.

Well spotted anomaly, another clarification required.

The wording has today been updated to include these new words:

"Calls to 055, 070, 076, 084, 087, and 118 numbers are charged in one minute increments."

The wording does not include the '056' prefix. Is that an error?

For another day:

The wording "084, 087, and 118 numbers" should be "084, 087 and 118 numbers" (remove comma).
