ISSUE: Accounts showing as “BALANCE N/A”

 

Hi Guy's

 

We have noticed today that a few members have been reporting their accounts are showing as “BALANCE N/A”. This issue has been raised with our Tech Team and they are presently investigating this. 

 

We will post updates as and when we receive them.

STATUS UPDATE: Working on a fix

 

Please note, the issue with accounts showing as 'Balance n/a' is impacting the following services:

 

  • Topup
  • Account Lookup (balances & bundles)
  • Activations and New account creations.
  • Migrations
  • Search call history
  • Call services are not affected.

 

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

The latest news is, testing has been completed successfully and all services are restored.

Its doing my head in, pretty sure I have to get a new goodybag tomorrow not today and its showing as not having one, the giffgaff app is crashing and I have no idea whats going on it just says i have no balance etc

No balance or Goodybag available to view for me and more importantly for me is the iPhone mygiffgaff app crashes as it can't confirm my login and activate the session.

@lomond_dave the same thing happens to me on my ipod on ios4.2.1 jailbroken first I thought it was my ipod turns out its the appSmiley Sad
