If you have a queued goodybag that was due to start last night or today, you may be experiencing a problem with this goodybag taking effect.
We are investigating this issue to see exactly what the issue is, and whether it is a repeat of similar issues we had earlier this month.

Just to let you know, you say 23rd and 24th, but I have been experiencing this problem since the 22nd. Mine was supposed to change on the 23rd but for some reason decided to stop on the 22nd.
