Summary

Members who are attempting to login or access giffgaff.com are not able to do so at the moment.  This issue started at around 9am  today (12th July).  We are working our hardest to get things back up and running and we will be updating you right here.

Just a heads up, our tech team have managed to fix this and all members should now be able to access the giffgaff.com site as normal.

Just a quick update on this.  We managed to reinstate access to the giffgaff.com site for some members at around 10:10am today (12th July 19).  We are still working hard to fix the issue for all members and will keep you updated. 

 

Members who are still having issues accessing the site should attempt to clear their cache and cookies from their browser and attempt to access the site again, here is a tips and guides page on this: https://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Tips-Guides/How-to-clear-your-browsers-Cache-Cookies-and-History/t...

 

To confirm, access to our app and the 43430 topup line is not affected by this.

Hey folks,

 

We have managed to reinstate some access to the giffgaff.com site, however we are aware that some members may still experience issues attempting to connect.  Accessing our app and the 43430 topup line is working fine and is not effected by this.  We are working hard to get everything fixed and will keep you updated here.

Hey there,

We seem to be experiencing some technical difficulties with our giffgaff.com website. Members will not be able to access the site and will be presented with a blank page. This means login to our member dashboard and community will be affected. Members currently wont be able to access the site to topup or purchase a goodybag, however members will be able to topup as normal via the 43430 number. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and we are working our hardest to get things back to normal.

There is a problem with your end and ratesetter, i am trying to take a new loan to replace old one and they are getting the birth date as 08/09 even though on my account it is 09/08. it is declining solely on this reason?? please sort out
