Evening @luke198830 - Unfortunately you won't be able to get help via the community. Members can still access help via Facebook and Twitter (if access is available to them) though.
The downtime is only going to be between the time period as mentioned in the opening post, so members won't be able to access the community between 12:00 am and 02:30 am - before and after these times members will still be able to access help from the community without any issues.
During the hours of 12:00 midnight and 02:30 am we were performing some essential maintenance on the website as we prepared for the new goodybag allowances to take effect. Due to this the site was unavailable during these hours and it was not possible to top up via your dashboard or via the 43430 top-up line. All Recurring or Queued goodybags started as normal and Auto-Top up still worked as normal.
Any members starting a £10, £12 or £15 Goodybag from today onwards will receive the extra data allowance.
