We have been reported about a goodybag display issue (minutes only) for those purchased on 21 February 2018.

There was a emergency release planned to fix the issue. The change implementation has been successful. We have verified the fix and the fault has been confirmed to have been resolved.

Hi everyone,

 

As part of our recent release on 22 Feb 2018, which gave our members unlimited minutes for £10, £15 & £18 goodybags. Members who bought goodybag on 21st February have their minutes displayed incorrectly as unlimited minutes instead of actual minutes.

 

This is not impacting goodybag/top-up purchase on any other days.

 

Our technical teams have identified a fault and will be implementing a hot fix to resolve the problem. We will keep you update on the progress.
