This it becoming a joke now o haven’t be able to work all day haven’t been able to receive any calls or make any calls over the past 12 hours we’re all paying for a service that isn’t working an by the look of it isn’t gunns be working till tomorrow

Had no internet text messages or been able to make / receive phone calls allday. This is not good has desperately need my phone for work purposes. Any idea when this will be sorted out. Has it is totally unacceptable/

At the moment, when I send a text message my phone says "failed" but the message is actually being sent (and received by the person I sent it to). However my phone keeps "trying" to send and the message keeps getting sent (the recipient gets multiple copies) which I presume means the texts are getting deducted from my goodybag, Not good.
