hello there i take it we be getting compensation for the losss off this as it cost me a days money and new work

I just hope this issue is resolved by tomorrow if not then we should be compensated for the data we couldn't use.

People asking for compensation for 1 day outage..haha cmon.. It has been annoying but if its fixed by tomorrow i'll be happy never had a problem before on GG.

Giffgaff's T&C's are very clear about it being for personal use only and not for business use. Also, not wishing to sound harsh but if you relied upon your mobile for business you should probably keep a spare PAYG SIM on a diverse network for added resilience.

 

"3.5. Your use of the Services must be for your private, personal and non-commercial purposes. You may only use a device with an IMEI number associated with it on the Network and you will not use or permit anyone else to use your SIM Card:"

can anyone tell me if ther cnt send texts or phone people my signals keeps going on and off have trouble here giffgaff when is this geting fixed

I cannotbsemd text messages although I have unlimited minutes and texts this has been going on for too long now

I hope we are going to be compensated for this, it's ridiculous. 2018 and service as though we back in the 80's

This is not very good especially when you use your phone for work ... and also when your not near WiFi places ... we should get compensation
