[RESTORED] 2G, 3G and 4G services impacted across the UK - 6 Dec 2018

I see the dreaded "No Service" message after phone calls I make. I have to restart the phone to get a signal back. A bit of an inconvenience!

 

Using an iPhone 8 (latest software), in Milton Keynes, if any of that helps ^_^

The text problems are all over the Web and it's an O2 problem.

everything working perfectly fine and back to normal, texts sending as normal without not delivered message. only took over 30 hours thou lol

hi i don't have internet again, last night it was fixed now i am having same problem? are we having same technical problem? i couldn't go to work because of this. if its not fixed i am afraid i will have to change my network and who will pay for my damage? if i don't go work today either i am missing 2 days. i can lose my job? i need this up running as soon as possible. urgently today before 2pm

The technical teams worked throughout the night to restore connectivity and 2G, 3G and 4G services should now be returning to normal for all of our members.  If you are still without access to the internet, please try and reboot your device.

 

We’d like to apologise and tell you how sorry we are for all the inconvenience this has caused and we will make sure to let you know as soon as we have any new information.

Still having very intermittant issues in East Ayrshire Scotland. Texts being sent multiple times and I'm paying for this?!
