Multiple texts sent here too, despite a message saying message failed to send. It’s still not fully fixed!

I had an issue with sending texts yesterday (6th Dec) or should I say I didn't? The recipient received the text, but I was informed they hadn't. This of course meant that I then resent the text and incurred the extra cost of sending something that I didn't need to do in the first place!

Today (7th Dec) I had a differen  problem, this time only 1 text was sent; however it was received 5 times by the recipient.

I don't suppose there will be any chance of refunds being offered to giffgaff users; a very unhappy bunny?

We are aware of the issues with text messages not sending or sending multiple times and are working hard on getting this sorted. As soon as we have any information we will make sure to let you know.

yes thats not his problem. its your problem to offer your customers constant service. this is what you claim in your adds yes? this is why most people join giffgaff seat and rest this is what you offer the customers from the begining, i am so sorry but its giffgaff responsibility to offer customers constant service, if you can't then you should of warned people. if you did maybe we would of download the offline version of google map. so shutup and do your job while we are trying to do ours

I see O2 your parent company, has announced they will be making a good will gesture to their customers for these problems. I really hope you do too, the txt message problems has caused me some real issues communicating with my customers which in turn costs me money.
