Yesterday I started using a new phone. Unfortunately because of the issues I haven’t been able to activate iMessage. It worked on my old phone yesterday morning (on WiFi) after the network had already failed. Normal text messages say not sent my end but, arrive roughly 3 times at the other end? When can I expect the service I pay for to be working correctly again? Thanks.
It's all well and good the issue is being solved and we're being asked to remain patient. What about compensation!? This has put a lot of people out! I will never understand how this big companies are quick to take our money but when their at fault don't ever want to compensate for the loss of service the customers receive!
