[RESTORED] 2G, 3G and 4G services impacted across the UK - 6 Dec 2018

Dear Dez,

I am still having issues with my phone: cannot make phone calls, send SMS and do not have internet. Basically, I have zero mobile network on my phone...

I've tried all your suggestions but I am still having issues.
1. Turn Airplane mode ON and then OFF: done

2. Turn your device OFF then back ON: done

3. Check here to make sure you have an active goodybag or top-up credit-: fine

4. Pop your post code into the service checker for local mast issues - https://giffgaff.com/coverage-and-service-fine

5. Perform a manual roam-not supported on my phone

Any ideas?

If you have tried all of that and it is still not working, please raise a case with one of our agents here.

They will be able to investigate this further for you.

Still having problems  with my phone saying messages  are not sent

Are people going to be compensated for the lack of service? Having to use wifi elsewhere, could not recieve an important phonecall or even make one. Messages were all over the place. My daughter couldn't even reach me to tell me if she home safe or not. Not good enough for the length of time it was off. I know issues happen but people live off their phones these days myself included and especially to get in touch with their children.
