I had an issue with sending texts yesterday (6th Dec) or should I say I didn't? The recipient received the text, but I was informed they hadn't. This of course meant that I then resent the text and incurred the extra cost of sending something that I didn't need to do in the first place!
Today (7th Dec) I had a differen problem, this time only 1 text was sent; however it was received 5 times by the recipient.
I don't suppose there will be any chance of refunds being offered to giffgaff users; a very unhappy bunny?
I see O2 your parent company, has announced they will be making a good will gesture to their customers for these problems. I really hope you do too, the txt message problems has caused me some real issues communicating with my customers which in turn costs me money.
