is there any sort of compensation coming from this? All my company phones are run on giffgaff and this caused a loss in business yesterday. Just thought I'd ask as I've heard o2 are compensating thier customers.

I expect  I expect that the same form of compensation that O2 are passing through to their customers will be forwarded on to your customers as a matter of principle!!!

i await your response before renewal of this months tariff payment

All we want to know is what compensation are you offering? Or a gesture of goodwill as this issue STILL isn't rectified. 


Although I understand you are doing all you can, the poor lines of communication and the absence of direct contact with the company is incredibly frustrating. Provide better channels of communication.

Would like compensation for the inconvenience this has coursed me! Or I'm strongly thinking about changing network! ... this has coursed alot off trouble for me.. and would like somthing back... many thanks
