Are people going to be compensated for the lack of service? Having to use wifi elsewhere, could not recieve an important phonecall or even make one. Messages were all over the place. My daughter couldn't even reach me to tell me if she home safe or not. Not good enough for the length of time it was off. I know issues happen but people live off their phones these days myself included and especially to get in touch with their children.
