All activations are queued and the issue has been resolved.
Our tech team are in the penultimate stage of resolving this issue and we expect the process to be complete at some point tomorrow. We will update you on ETA as soon as we know more.

This issue has now been resolved, we kept the thread open whilst we have been experiencing site difficulties in case there was an impact, but we can now confirm that the fix was successful,

we've noticed members are not abe to top up, purchase a goodybag, or their activations are stuck in progress. We are currently investigating this, so please do not raise a case with the agents.
As soon as we have any more information, we will update this thread.

At the moment, we have no time frame on when this will be fixed. Once we have, we will update this thread to let you guys know.
I can see that these issues must be frustrating for those of you affected. Just so you know our tech team are doing all that they can to work on fixing the issue. When there is any new information we will let you know of it straight away. Thanks for your patience whilst we deal with this.

We have now completed all of the work that we can to get these services back up and running. However topping up, activating or adding a goodybag, will be unavailable through the website until we resolve the issue detailed in the thread here.

I have unrsolved this thread as there are still a few of you waiting for top-ups/goodybags/activations to go through. The tech team have done some work to make sure these these go through quicker. I will keep you posted with the updates.
Any new requests since midnight will go through fine.

Thanks for the Announcement, my SIM arrived this morning, and my Nexus 4 last night - am eager to get things up and running and start porting my number!
Any idea on an ETA? Can I activate over the phone instead?
