Activating a SIM using PayPal

Summary

We were experiencing issues when members are trying to activate via PayPal. Activating with a card or a voucher is working was normal as well as using PayPal for anything other than activation.

Hi folks,

 

We are experiencing unexpected declines on activation using a PayPal.  However, using PayPal for topping up is working properly as well as activating a SIM with a card or a voucher.

 

We are investigating this issue as we speak and we will let you know as soon as we have an update.

Our teams have identified the cause and implemented a fix so everything should be back to normal now and activations though PayPal should be working smoothly.

 

We will keep a close eye on it just to make sure everything is good on that front.
