We were  experiencing an unexpected issue with our online provisioning service which impacted members trying to perform SIM swaps, changing their number or add / remove services such as barring services from their account. We can now confirm that this issue is resolved.

We were  experiencing an unexpected issue with our online provisioning service which impacted members trying to perform SIM swaps, changing their number or add / remove services such as barring services from their account. We can now confirm that this issue is resolved.

 

Members may have experienced either a notice that their request was delayed or that they were unable to perform the request. Our technical teams worked hard to resolve this and members can now request all of the above services.

 

We apologise for any inconvenience & thank members for their patience whilst we resolved this issue.

Afternoon Folks,

 

We are currently experiencing an unexpected issue with our online provisioning service which is impacting members trying to perform SIM swaps, changing their number or add / remove services such as barring services from their account.

 

Members may experience either a notice that their request is delayed or that they will be unable to perform the request. Our technical teams are working hard to resolve this and we advise members to try their request again once this issue is resolved.

 

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause & thank members for their patience whilst we get this issue resolved.
