this sort of stuff never effected o2 customers ever and i was one for over 5 years and none of this happened why giffgaff if i could get o2 to deal and get me same as this network id happily move but sad thing is never will happen

Got no outgoing text call or internet, (internet only on wifi)

 

seem to be able to get texts only from Facebook at the momnent.

 

and if someone calls then they get message saying number not valid.

shouldn't of got Giffgaff then if your bloody lives depended on it, you only had to see one page off feedback to get the idea of what sort of service it is!! Greart when it works.....

Seems to be the complete service not working calls, text and data. At least I'll get some work done today without any interruptions........every cloud Smiley Happy

I appreciate that you might occasionally have issues, but this is the worst service problems I've ever expereinced on all the networks I've been on. I don't think this is acceptable. I've only been with you a few months but I now find myself not being able to contact my wife and children. Please fix this ASAP!

This is so annoying, I think its a complete disgrace, I just recently switched over from o2 thinking that Im getting a better deal. Never had any connection problems with them yet this is the second time I am experiencing it with giffgaff in 1month. Its suppose to be a well developed company but they dont even have a customer service number to call on. Giffgaff is a complete scam, they need to compensate us for the inconvenience and loss of quality talk time.

Dead here too.  I think this is the 3rd time it's been down for me in about a year.  Last time I didn't have service for about 6 hours or so.  Fingers crossed will be resolved soon.....
