I appreciate that you might occasionally have issues, but this is the worst service problems I've ever expereinced on all the networks I've been on. I don't think this is acceptable. I've only been with you a few months but I now find myself not being able to contact my wife and children. Please fix this ASAP!
This is so annoying, I think its a complete disgrace, I just recently switched over from o2 thinking that Im getting a better deal. Never had any connection problems with them yet this is the second time I am experiencing it with giffgaff in 1month. Its suppose to be a well developed company but they dont even have a customer service number to call on. Giffgaff is a complete scam, they need to compensate us for the inconvenience and loss of quality talk time.
